My fitness journey started around 7 years ago initially just to lose some weight and get a little fitter. The intention was never there to compete but I found a love for kickboxing and decide to challenge myself to see how far I could go.
I then went onto win several Scottish titles and two world titles as well as accepting a place on the GB boxing squad for the Tokyo Olympic cycle where I trained with the best amateur athletes in Sheffield for around 18 months. I then made the decision to stop competing due to injury and decide it was time to use my experiences and knowledge gained throughout the years to help others believe in themselves and help push them to achieve their goals.
I’m proud of everything I have achieved in my sporting career, it shows that anything is possible if you put the work in. I haven’t only lost weight and got fitter but I have gained masses of confidence and now a much stronger
person both physically and mentally.
