My fitness journey started a few years ago when I was looking for a way to relieve the stress of uni and lose the ‘freshers’ 15’ I had gained from months of pizza, cheap vodka and hungover McDonalds breakfasts. I was uncomfortable in my skin and I felt out of control.

Once I realised how good I felt when I was eating right and exercising, I was hooked. I hired a personal trainer and learned how to lift properly to chase my goals and I have never looked back. Passionate about nutrition, I pride myself
on how I turned my diet around. I enjoy cooking and baking with a healthy spin. I can help you achieve a healthier diet without the terror of a chicken-and-broccoli-style restrictive plan.

Recently, I decided to take my passion for fitness into competing in bikini fitness shows and I am consistently working towards my goals. I no longer feel out of control with my body and lifestyle and I want the same for you. So, if you
