My fitness journey started when I was studying at university – I initially joined a gym as a way of keeping fit but soon realised it was also a great
stress reliever (especially during exam times). However, I wasn’t very confident using the weights area and often avoided it completely! It wasn’t until I started training with a Personal Trainer that I realised how fun (and challenging) lifting weights can be. Not only that, but working with a Personal
Trainer has made me stronger, fitter and most importantly more confident. In fact I’ve enjoyed the process so much that recently I decided to leave my
career so I could pursue my dream of becoming a Personal Trainer.
