I’ve been involved in the Fitness industry for 12 years as both a Personal trainer and Sports therapist. My career has taken me all over the world where I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide variety of clients.

I have been heavily involved in the health and fitness industry nearly my whole life. With an 18-year dance background both in teaching and competing, I pursued my career as a personal trainer 5 years ago. I have competed in 10 bikini contests with the most recent seeing me crowned the British champion.
I specialise in resistance training for women as this is where my passion and expertise lies.
As your personal trainer, I’ll show you how I changed my training and nutrition to give myself the body confidence that I have today. I’ll educate you on how to fuel your own body properly for the best possible results. We will discuss your goals regularly and I will give you a tailored training plan and nutritional guidance - both of which will be fun and enjoyable like they should be!
For me the gym is somewhere to go to let off some steam, to work on not only your body but your mind too. I joined Club Gym in January last year and knew I had found “my gym”. I couldn’t be happier to work in such a fun and motivating environment that has helped me grow so much.
