🥞Mairi’s Protein pancakes🥞

Ingredients:

1x egg

2x egg whites 

2-3x scoops whey protein 

Milk/water (add gradually) 

1/2 teaspoon baking powder 

25g oats 

Whisk egg & milk together in a blender 

Add protein 

MIX in oats (not blend) 

Add baking powder

Should have a thick batter like pancake batter. All good to go 😋 

Saving your carbs for later? Take away or reduce the oats and add more protein. This will leave you with a high protein, low carb/fat brekky which will keep you full l till lunch (if not longer!)
