ABOUT ME

I started training about three years ago, but without guidance never saw many changes. So, when I moved to Glasgow 2 years ago to study Journalism I had loads of time alone; I found a focus in the gym.

 

For me the gym is somewhere to go to let off some steam, to work on not only your body but your mind too. I joined Club Gym in January last year and knew I had found “my gym”.

 

I couldn’t be happier to work in such a fun and motivating environment that has helped me grow so much.

 

I aim to achieve my level 3 Fitness qualification later this year. With this I would hope to pass on my own knowledge about how to balance health and fitness with a busy working life, so that you can train, live better and have an all-round healthy lifestyle (whilst still being able to enjoy the weekend off work or uni with friends).
